Governing Law
These Terms Of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Ireland and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. This will not prevent us from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these terms and conditions in any other jurisdiction throughout the world.
Production Process with our Clients
- We will need a lead time of 2-3 weeks before we start your project.
- When the process, time frame and fees are agreed, we will require 50% of the asking fee before we can commence work on your project.
- Any delays in communication can delay the project, to avoid this both parties will need prompt replies to emails or phone calls.
- There are two stages which are to be signed off, pre visualization and preliminary draft.
- When the outlined work is finished, we shall carry out two reviews with the client for minor adjustments before you receive the final video. We shall inform you when edits are carried out.
- The final 50% payment will be made by the client not more than 14 days after completion.
- Penalties will be issued per day based on 1.5% of the total project cost. Please pay on time to avoid penalties. Subsequent changes or additions will incur extra charges, as per our current daily rates.
- The client agrees that the final product will be delivered in the form of High Definition Video or image sequences, where applicable. (See Delivery).
- We retain the right to use finished works for promotional purposes.
This condition pertains to visual effects shots and scenes that promote the company’s services and not to confidential information, products or services of the client, unless given express permission prior to commencement of the project.
Pre visualization or “mockup”: We will lock down the style and colour schemes and discuss the different types of effects which can be used to help get your message across. We will then create an animatic which is a rough version of the video using the concept art.
Preliminary draft: Once we have all the pieces created we can work on transforming the animatic into the high quality video adding effects, animation and audio (where applicable). This is where the magic happens and all the finishing touches are added.
Delivery: We will send you the final HD video file or image sequences.
